Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Soraya ward quiz (the "Quiz"), the Soraya online store at shop.sorayalive.com (the "Store") and any purchase you make from us. The Quiz and the Store are operated by Soraya LLC ("Soraya", "we", "us"). By using the Quiz or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

The Quiz is free. It matches your answers to one of six archetypes and recommends a talisman bracelet from our Store. Results, readings, archetype descriptions and any percentages shown are for entertainment and spiritual reflection only. They are not predictions, and they are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

3. Products

Our bracelets are spiritual tools for intention, reflection and decoration. Natural stones vary, so the item you receive may look slightly different from the photos. No product guarantees any outcome, including protection, wealth, health or luck.

4. Orders and prices

All orders are placed and paid through our Store's secure checkout, provided by Shopify. Prices are shown in US dollars. Crossed-out prices show the regular price the item is listed at in our Store. We may decline or cancel an order (for example a pricing error or suspected fraud); if we do, you are refunded in full.

See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Every order is covered by our 30-day guarantee.

6. Free bonus: 7 days of the Soraya Live AI app

• Paid orders that include a Soraya bracelet come with free access to the Soraya Live AI app for 7 days, one pass per order.
• After your order, our team personally emails your invite to the address used at checkout. No payment card is needed and nothing renews or is charged when the 7 days end.
• Soraya Live is an AI companion app. Its conversations are generated by artificial intelligence and are for reflection and entertainment, not professional advice. Use of the app is also governed by the terms published at sorayalive.com.
• After the pass ends you may choose to join Soraya Live as a paid member; that is a separate, optional purchase with its own terms.

7. Your use of the site

You agree not to misuse the Quiz or Store, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose. All content, text, images and design belong to Soraya LLC or its licensors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when the order was placed.

Quiz data

When you take the Quiz we save: your answers, the first name you type, your approximate location worked out from your IP address (country, region, city), basic device and browser details (such as IP address, browser, screen size, language and time zone), how long you spend on each question and where you leave the page, device details (such as device model, operating system version, connection type and whether the visit looks automated), any ad click identifiers in the link you arrived from, the Facebook browser identifiers (_fbp and _fbc) when advertising pixels are loaded, and your email address if you choose to give it.

We use this to personalise your reading, to measure how our ads perform, and to match an order to the Quiz that led to it. If you give us your email address we use it to send your reading and occasional emails from Soraya, and you can unsubscribe any time. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we do not load advertising pixels. We do not sell this data. To have your Quiz data deleted, email hello@sorayalive.com.
