Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@sorayalive.com with a photo of the item and we will sort it out. If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived, contact us and we will look into it. See our Refund Policy for the 30-day guarantee.
