30-day guarantee. If something is wrong with your order or you are not happy with it, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
How to request a refund or replacement
- Email hello@sorayalive.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a short description of the problem.
- If your item arrived damaged, add a photo of the item so we can sort it out quickly.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to show the credit.
Free bonus pass
The 7-day Soraya Live AI app pass included with bracelet orders is free, so there is nothing to refund for it. Nothing is charged when it ends.
